Import 13: I located 800 records in Web of Science that I want to transfer to my Endnote Web library, but the system is telling me that I can only transfer 500 records. How can I get all my records?

Answer: You can only transfer 500 records into your Endnote Web library at one time. After obtaining your search results in Web of Science, type 1 to 500 in the Records Options under Output Records and then select Save to My Endnote Web. After transferring the first 500 records, you can then return to your search results and type 501 to 800 in the same location in order to transfer the rest of your search results to Endnote Web.
